CEN standards

From 2007 to 2017 TerraData was a member of the UNI (Ente Nazionale Italiano di Unificazione) and partecipated in the activities of the Environmental Commitee within WG1 (Environmental Management Systems), WG 4 (Air Quality) and WG 6 (Environmental Impact). TerraData members represented UNI within the WG 31/TC 264 of the CEN (European Standardization Center) dealing with “Biomonitoring methods with mosses and lichens”.
 
So far we collaborated on the drafting of two European standards:
•           EN 16413 Ambient air – Biomonitoring with lichens – Assessing epiphytic lichen diversity
•           EN 16414 Ambient air – Biomonitoring with mosses – Accumulation of atmospheric contaminants in mosses collected in situ: from the collection to the preparation of samples.
